Montgomery Planning Board Approves Wheaton Gateway Plans

(On November 20, 2025) Today the Montgomery County Planning Board unanimously approved the Wheaton Gateway Preliminary Plan, Sketch Plan Amendment, and Site Plan.

These actions authorize the project to proceed with up to 800 multifamily homes including 40% MPDUs and up to 55,000 square feet of non-residential space, along with associated public-realm and infrastructure improvements.
