Wheaton Gateway Scheduled Before Planning Board Today

(November 20, 2025) - Wheaton Gateway is scheduled before the Planning Board today for approval of the Preliminary Plan, Sketch Plan Amendment, Site Plan and Forest Conservation plans.

Reviewing agency approval letters for the project begin on page 90 of this report including the review by State Highway Administration of a traffic study associated with the project. The Wheaton Gateway team has just been made aware that the traffic study that we submitted was not part of the report that Montgomery County Planning staff issued. Because we anticipated that this report would be included, we are making it available for review here.
