Watch the Wheaton Gateway Pre-submission Meeting

On March 11, more than 50 community members attended the Wheaton Gateway Pre-submission meeting to review the proposed Preliminary Plan and Site plan for the development. The meeting provided the community the opportunity to review the submission, ask questions and provide comment about the plans for the redevelopment of about 5 acres near the intersection of University Boulevard and Veirs Mills Road in Wheaton, MD.

What Happens Next?

After making final adjustments to the submission, The Wheaton Gateway team expects to file a request for Preliminary Plan and Site Plan review with the Montgomery County Planning Department in about four weeks.
