To date, the Wheaton Gateway development team, including the Montgomery County Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC), PS Ventures, The Duffie Companies, and Willco, has met with stakeholders including elected officials, M-NCPPC board and staff, neighboring communities and condo associations, Wheaton-area organizations, and special interest groups.

May 13- The Wheaton Gateway team hosted a pre-submission meeting to review the revised Sketch Plan Amendment proposed in conjunction with the Preliminary Plan and Site Plan.
2024
July 9 Attended the Wheaton Urban District Advisory Committee (WUDAC) meeting: presented project update
March 11 the Team hosted a virtual and in-person combined pre-submission meeting to review the Proposed Preliminary plan and Site Plan
